ROUND ROBIN CHALLENGE: BEST ADAPTION!

I think its my turn to do the Round Robin Challenge again and this week I was trying to decide between two different topics (might do the other next time it is my turn) but this one won out! What do you feel is the greatest adaption of a book, comic or toy in media? Is it the original G. I. Joe cartoon? Witchblade the TV series? Spawn the cartoon? etc? I'm interested to see what you all think is the best adaption of a property (comic or toy) into a media medium (cartoon, movie, TV series).
